Shipping policy

At La Casa de Turrón, we work to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. Below, we explain our shipping policy so that you are informed about the process and terms that apply to your orders.

Shipping Method
All our shipments are sent by Correos, with an estimated delivery time of less than 3 working days to destinations in mainland Spain.

This time is estimated and may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
Deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may take longer.

Shipping Costs
The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout, depending on the weight and destination of the order.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can check the status of your order at any time.

Liability and Exceptions
At La Casa de Turrón, we are not responsible for:

1. Delays in delivery caused by:

  • Adverse weather conditions.
  • Strikes or other labour disputes of the carrier.
  • Holidays or high demand peaks, such as Black Friday.

2. Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please check the delivery address carefully when placing your order.
3. Non-delivery if the carrier cannot find someone at the address to receive the package.
4. Loss or damage to the package once it has been delivered to the address provided.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged while in transit, we will take steps to help you resolve the situation, but claims processes will be subject to the carrier's terms.

Changes and Cancellations
It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been processed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to:

The address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

  • It was not collected on time at the relevant post office.
  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping or cancellation.

Additional Information

  • During periods of high demand (such as special promotions), delivery times may be slightly extended.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • All orders are subject to stock availability.
